At present only AyaNova support staff can view any attachments. This is to allow AyaNova users to upload potentially sensitive data for troubleshooting purposes only without having the files accessible to others.
Only files that are either text format, or zipped using a compression utility like WinZip can be attached to your post.
1. Select to add or reply to a topic
2. Enter in the subject, description (if applicable) and the message
3. Near the bottom of the screen under Topic Subscription Notification Type is permitted attachments - select the Edit Attachments. You can browse to the location of up to three attachments.
Be reminded only text files, and files that have been zipped are allowed.
