| You can export reports to various formats from within AyaNova, as well as email reports directly from within AyaNova. Detailed information can be found within the AyaNova Manual section "Exporting and Emailing Reports" starting on page 282 In quick terms: 1. Open up a report in Preview 2. Click on the Export button at the top (looks like an opened envelope) 3. Select the format of the file - for example, PDF, MSWord, MSExcel etc 4. Select the destination - Disk file to save it to a file, MAPI if you wish to use your default email program that is already installed on yor computer to send, etc
