Hi

If you have sent an email directly to support@ayanova.com but have not received a reply until a number of hours have gone by (we usually respond within 15 minutes), please be advised that our email host has intermittently over the last couple of days an issue with queued messages being sent in a timely fashion.

We wanted to apologize for any delay in responses - where we usually replied within 15, the respond may not have come for a few hours, due to this issue outside of our control.

Do note that our email host is diligently working on the issue so it will no longer continues to occur.
