Is there a way to add customer addresses and phone number to the

Event notification Work order item scheduled user - (created / updated) full message.

I find the email message only give customer name.

Hi

The amount of text displaying is limited on purpose - providing the client name and the workorder number -  so that the user can check within AyaNova itself for all details.

The whole idea of notification is to advise the user that there is something in the AyaNova program itself for the user to refer to.
