Although we have sent a reply, you may or will never receive it and we will never be advised that it was rejected by HotMail

It is recommended not to use a HotMail account.

If you need a web-based email account, I would recommend setting up a gmail http://gmail.google.com  or yahoo mail account  http://mail.yahoo.com    instead.
