- Browse the forums. The most general search is simply to navigate through the Forums, looking for relevant topics.
- The AyaNova Support Forum is organized into the AyaNova products - AyaNova CE, the main program; the optional add-on AyaNova QBI (QuickBooks Integration); the optional add-on ARAS (AyaNova Remote Access Server), AyaNova- the next generation; and this group which is about use of the forum.
- Each group is identified by name in the grey group bar.
- Within each group is a topical forum, again identified by name and link in the grey forum bar. Individiual discussions are broken out into topics (akin to a “thread”, i.e. a series of messages and replies).
- You can review the names to find relevant information. This is a good way to familiarize yourself with how the AyaNova Support Forum works.
- Use the Forum Jump pulldown menu above the Forum Information bar (at the bottom of your screen) to quickly move to another forum by name.
- Search all messages. To make a comprehensive sweep of all messages on AyaNova Support Forum, use the Search icon on the action bar (top right of page).
- Pick a keyword, the results will include all groups. To add additional criteria to your search, including which forums to include, select “Advanced Forum Search” from the drop down, and you will get a new screen to define your search more precisely.
- Search all topics in a specific forum. Select the Search icon (insert symbol) from the grey forums bar and enter a keyword to locate all messages on that issue, across all the topics in that forum.
- Review Recent Messages: Click on “Recent Topics” to find messages posted since your last visit, or messages posted in the last 12, 24, or 48 hours (selected from drop down).
- Review All Active Discussions: Click on “Active Topics” to quickly identify all topics with ongoing participation.
