| There is one feature missing in Ayanova that I would really like to see. A separate area to add notes - Not customer/client notes but an area for general notes to store information. Example - There are two things that we always need quick access to - License codes for AV software and IP addresses for our clients RDP connections. If these were easily accessible through a central notes area that is NOT tied to any client or technician, what a good feature.
