The colors of the Schedule screen Expand / Collapse

The color of a workorder item displaying in a schedule screen is set by the Workorder Item Status selected for that workorder item

The color of the Priority flag for a workorder item displaying in the Schedule screen is set by the Priority selected for that workorder item

If viewing Separate (as displayed in the screenshot below for the user Herb Arlans) so each schedulable user has their own calendar, the background color displayed is set in that user’s User entry screen field Schedule Back Color.

You can edit the colors of Workorder Item Statuses or Priorities by selecting from the main menu SubGrids
