A service workorder set to Closed is only available for historical access - it can not be edited by anyone.

[Edit Sept 2006: AyaNova v3.2.5 as well now includes a feature whereby you can set the security group users belong to with the ability or not to have access to the Closed field in a workorder - thereby restricting whether users can close or not close a workorder ]
