QBI - QuickBooks Interface for AyaNova Expand / Collapse
QBI is the optional add-on for AyaNova that includes the following features:
  • Import QuickBooks clients, vendors and items into AyaNova
  • Import AyaNova clients, vendors, rates and parts into QuickBooks
  • Link existing data
  • Refresh mapped/imported part's data and mapped/imported client's data
  • Fix unlinked objects and/or parts with differing pricing easily before invoicing
  • Create QuickBooks invoices from billable AyaNova workorders
  • Set descriptive text to display on the QuickBooks invoice
  • Consolidate multiple workorders into one QuickBooks invoice
  • Preset AyaNova and QuickBooks settings to use
  • Compatible with US QuickBooks versions 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010
  • Compatible with Canadian, UK and Australian QuickBooks versions 2008 and 2009 and 2010
