WBI - Remote Web Browser Access for AyaNova Expand / Collapse
WBI is the remote web browser access optional add-on for AyaNova that includes the following features:
  • remote users only need a standard web browser and Internet access (no programs need to be installed on their end)
  • Remote users can view their schedule, create new service workorders and edit existing, print out reports, and much more
  • Clients can log in via WBI to request service, view their requests, and view their existing workorders  
  • As the data a client views of their workorders is based on a report template, you have complete control over what data of a service workorder they can see
