There are three messages you could receive when applying your AyaNova Activation keycode

1. Key could not be validated

This indicates either four things:

A. The install by date for the keycode has expired. A keycode will not apply once the install by date has passed.

B. The keycode has been edited (company name, # of licenses or optional add-ons, or messed up by your email server) and AyaNova will not apply the keycode because it is invalid.

C. The keycode hasn't been completely copied to the clipboard - highlight it completely again, and try again.

D. Your email server or email program has corrupted the keycode when it was received by you - either due to being forwarded, or because it mistakes the keycode for code or anotehr reason. If you experience this message, open a NotePad document, select Paste. Save the Notepad document and send via direct email to support@ayanova.com along with the exact wording of the message you receive. Be sure to send the NotePad document so that we can confirm this.

2. No key was found on the clipboard

This indicates that the keycode was not copied - either incorrect highlight of the XML code between the -=-=-=-=-=- lines, or there is an issue with your Clipboard.

Easiest thing to check is to highlight again all XML text between the -=-=-=-=-=-, select Copy, open a NotePad document, select Paste. Compare the text between -=-=-=-=-=-  in the Activation Keycode message, and what is pasted into the NotePad document.

Once you have confirmed the XML text compares the same, than perform the steps again.

It may also be that your email server or email program has corrupted the keycode when it was received by you - either due to being forwarded, or because it mistakes the keycode for code or anotehr reason. If you experience this message, open a NotePad document, select Paste. Save the Notepad document and send via direct email to support@ayanova.com along with the exact wording of the message you receive. Be sure to send the NotePad document so that we can confirm this.

3. Key has been saved, restart AyaNova at all computers now

When you receive this message, select OK which will exit the AyaNova program. Make sure all users also exit out of the AyaNova program. When you next log in, the AyaNova database will be licensed.
