When exclusively signed on to Ayanova CE, any attempt to use the database utilities or Users & Rights area results in an error message that implies the database is already in use (by the individual who already has to be signed on, of course) and access is denied.

What now??

Hello, I'm guessing you are attempting to run a re-index and getting an error that it can't get exclusive access to the database.  Generally if this happens and you are certain that you are not running AyaNova at any other computers or on the same computer or running the ARAS web interface on that computer then try a reboot of that computer and attempt it again.  Sometimes the JET database gets "confused" and maintains an open connection between sessions.

Let me know if rebooting doesn't resolve the problem, but we have seen this in rare cases before and usually it will.
