In addition to creating a new workorder via the Service navigation pane grids, and the Schedule screen, you can also right-click on a client’s name from any grid and select to create a workorder, a quote or a preventive maintenance item
An example:
You know the client’s phone number, but are not sure what the client’s name is entered as in AyaNova.
From the Client grid, you pin the Phone Number field as the first field on the left and sort so you can easily find the phone number.
The client name in this same record is than the client you want to create the workorder for.
Right click and select Workorder.
You can also right-click on a Unit's serial number to quickly create a preventive maintenance order, or a service workorder.
