| We are still getting set up, and I have imported a partial client list from a CSV file. Everything went smoothly, but now we have a more complete list, (additional info not available before) with some of the same clients. I want to wipe the clients previously imported, since I can't use the import utility to update existing or duplicate clients.... Is this possible? Thank You, Rich

| Hi Rich To delete a client, you would need to open that client's entry screen, and select Delete from the menu toolbar in that entry screen. Or you can use the Erase all Data menu option. Have all users exited from AyaNova, log in as the AyaNova Administrator, select menu Help -> License and select the Erase all Data menu option. Do note this erases all data. There is not a utility to only delete clients. - Joyce
