| Is there available a form or print feature to print a payment book/ coupon book for clients that have service contracts? This would be most helpful and would greatly add to the service contract Report forms

| probably the easiest would be right from the client list. have a print form that would entail a payment book style form; listing monthly commitment, late charges due dates, and start and ending dates, a payment book. You get the idea.

You get the idea.Hi again AyaNova does not have fields "Monthly Commitment", "Late Charges Due Dates", "Start Date" "Ending Date" in the client entry screen - from where are you getting these fields from? Or are you referring to custom fields that you have set up in the Client entry screen? If so, you can create custom report templates from the client entry screen that include custom fields from the client entry screen using the Detailed Report Template from the Clients grid. If you would like help with a custom report template, I would need to have a copy of your custom report template that you ahve created to date, what exact fields are you attempting to place, where placed, exactly what you are trying to do, and so on, so that I may help. Or are you asking about adding new fields to the client entry screen? We encourage AyaNova users to submit ideas for additional features and expansion on existing features in our Wish List forum - and if it is for new fields, do provide specifics such as what specific data would be in these fields, would these fields data be manually entered by yourself? Or would this data be obtained from other areas of AyaNova, and if so, from what areas of AyaNova. Many features of AyaNova v3 are a result of suggestions from AyaNova users.
