Internet Explorer 6 is not a good choice to use with AyaNova WBI due to it's well known performance issues with Javascript which WBI relies on extensively to mirror as much as possible the user interface in AyaNova for Windows.
In particular the work order entry page makes heavy use of Javascript and it's noticeably slower in IE 6.
Any of the other browsers are a good choice and each has different characteristics that make them worth trying out if you use WBI heavily.
