If you receive the following error once the import starts

unsuccessful metadata update
can't format message 8:130 -- message file C:\Program Files\Ground Zero Tech-Works Inc\AyaNova 3\firebird.msg not found

please uninstall CEImport, download the CEImport again from http://www.ayanova.com/download.htm, install, configure and run the CEImport again.

If you receive a different error during the course of the import - for example, when importing workroders, please refer to the AyaNova v3 Manual section "CE Import Importing Issues" on page 612 which identifies the information to send us as it usually indicates an error in your database. With the information you send (as outlined in that section) we can recreate the error and identify exactly what is the issue in your database so that you can recitify it and have a successful import.
