As in Step #3.b Install the AyaNova CE Import of the Import Steps on page 607 in the AyaNova v3 Manual, the AyaImport.exe.config file is created by you.
As the steps state:
copy the AyaNova.exe.config file from the AyaNova program folder to the CEImport program folder
and then rename it to AyaImport.exe.config
If you encounter an issue with a configuration, always re-check the steps in the manual.
