hello
i have a lot of inventory and multiple locations i would like to imports these fields i can get the info to excel with location and qty can this data be imported if i send you the database?

We provide the three free import utilities - ImportPartCSV, ImportClientCSV and ImportUnitCSV available under Related Downloads on http://www.ayanova.com/download.htm
We do not have a utility to import on-hand inventory amounts into AyaNova - you would enter "locations" in the Part Warehouses sub-grid (main menu SubGrids), and use a Part Adjustment entry screen to enter in your beginning on-hand inventory amounts.
Or if you mean importing the parts themselves - than do use the ImportPartCSV utility suggested above - details on use are in the AyaNova v3 Manual section "ImportPartCSV Utility - Importing/Exporting Parts" starting page 620
