Error when deleting a Notification Expand / Collapse

When trying to delete a Notification Subscription receive the following -

Error: Current user is not authorized to delete a Notification

Closing the error box also closes the session. 

Shouldn't a user be able to add/modify/delete their own Notification subscriptions?

Hi Gladys

That would depend on whether the user is part of a security group that has the rights to delete a Notification.

  1. Log into AyaNova as the AyaNova Administrator (or a user that has full rights to Users and Security Groups)
  2. Select the Administration navigation pane, select the Users grid
  3. Open the User entry screen for the user that received that error and confirm what security group they are a member of
  4. Exit out of that User entry screen
  5. View the Security Group grid and select that security group that user is a member of
  6. Is the Security Level for Object.Notification set to Read/Write/Delete?
  7. If it is not, than set it so, and save.
  8. Have the user log back into AyaNova and now delete that notification they wished to delete

Let me know it now works
