Can we assign rights to the report templates? E.g.: Invoice template should only be available to the manager and not to the technicians.

| Hi Mardie At this time, if the user has rights to access the grid or screen from where the menu Print is available from, then the user can access all report templates for that grid / screen. There is not a feature at this time to restrict report templates to specific security groups. It is an interesting idea, and I will move this to the Wish List section of this forum for development to review for a future feature. - Joyce

| Just an update - one of the many new features coming in AyaNova 5 will be the ability to restrict access of a report template to those users of a specific Security Group. - Joyce
