Will QBI work with AyaNova in one office and QuickBooks in another?  Will it require the use of ARAS?  Would the QBI need to be in the service office or the accounting office?  I'm sure it can work but I appologize for such a simpleton attitude.  Thanks for your time and patience.

The optional add-on QBI program must be installed within the same network where the AyaNova database resides, and the QuickBooks company data file resides.

QBI acts as a "bridge" between the AyaNova database and the QuickBooks company data file.

QBI can not be installed in a remote office from either of these databases.

The network connection speed between QBI, AyaNova and QuickBooks should not be any less then 10MBps

We recommend referring to the QBI Installation & User Guide (from the Manuals web page and the QBI web page) when testing out the trial QBI before purchasing so that you can set it up in your configuration, as well as test out all features.

Let us know if you have additional configuration questions.

To confirm - ARAS does not have the ability to act as a bridge between QuickBooks and AyaNova.

ARAS is a self contained web server application that resides in the Windows system tray area and acts as a "bridge" between the AyaNova database and a remote web browser.  It acts exactly the same as any other web server but with far fewer requirements.

ARAS  interacts with an AyaNova database to provide pre-formatted web pages to the remote client's web browser so that the user can view and enter AyaNova related data.
