| What is the best way to delete previous versions of AyaNova. I have a complete version of 1.9.4.4 and some bits and pieces of version 3. We did not purchase a license for version 3.

Hi- Be out of the AyaNova program(s)
- From Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> uninstall AyaNova (uninstalling any versions you no longer want and any related AyaNova programs of that version if applicable)
- Than depending on the version of AyaNova, open Windows Explorer and move to its database folder to delete the old trial database and any remaining files that may be there
- If it was AyaNova CE 1.9.4.4, the database is usually in C:\Program Files\AyaNova\Database folder - If it was AyaNova 3, the database is usually in C:\Program Files\Ground Zero Tech-Works Inc\AyaNova 3 folder - if it was AyaNova 4, the database if installed is in %AllUsersProfile%\AyaNovaData folder (if a Vista computer this is usually C:\ProgramData\AyaNovaData; if 2000, XP, or 2003 this is usually C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AyaNovaData)
