Is it possible to be completely hosted on our own company equipment and not have to maintain any sort of connection with Ayanova. I was looking at your diagrams and it seemed that we still need to maintain a connection to Ayanova. Maybe I  missunderstood them. We need to host this program internally and do not want to have to rely on someone; no offense meant but we deal with strict regulatory industries with high NOV's(Notice of Violation) and we get fined anywhere from 500-5000 dollars an hour for being over time on repairs/service. So we much rather take that responsiblity on ourselves

YES!

You can completely have your AyaNova database and all its programs that connect to it set up within your own network - your AyaNova database, the AyaNova program on networked computers, WBI, MBI, QBI, PTI, data portal, network Generator, etc - all can be set up within your own network.

You do not have to have it hosted with a Hosting company.

We specifically designed AyaNova for your own internal use that you set it up within your own network so no other company or organization has to be involved. We provide full networking instructions for AyaNova in the AyaNova 4 Help file - see the Network Configuration section starting with http://www.ayanova.com/AyaNova4webHelp/which_database_should_i_use.htm   for the database server you want to use (i.e. network Firebird Server 2, SQL Express, SQL Server).

For optional add-ons such as WBI, the instructions for setting up WBI are also for your own network - see the WBI Help file section Requirements, Installation & Configuration starting with http://www.ayanova.com/WBI4webhelp/wbi_server_requirements.htm

These Help files are all available also via links on http://www.ayanova.com/download.htm as are the installation files themselves.

Could you identify exactly where you were reading that AyaNova has to be hosted by a Hosting company? - for example, was it a specific web page, section of the Help file, etc? Do identify. As this is defintely not the situation and we wouldn't want anyone else to get this mistaken impression either, and we would like to edit where-ever it gives the impression you have to have AyaNova hosted by an external company, as this is definitely not the case.

Do download AyaNova from http://www.ayanova.com/download.htm and install, and refer to its Help file for networking setup. And we also provide a 30 day temporary keycode to fully unlock AyaNova and all of its optional add-ons so that you can fully try out everything before purchase, as well as set it up within your own network. If any additional questions - do let us know, we are happy to help.

- Joyce
