| [FORUM NOTE: This issue has been addressed in AyaNova 4.2.0.0] Have finally figured out what causes the following error in some cases when creating a new workorder using a service workorder template: RatePickList: ID not found: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 Unfortunately, the user who encountered this did not and would not provide specifics of what was in their template so that I could recreate. After trying every possible scenerio with no information, finally figured out this error occurs because the template's Scheduled Users record and/or Labor record and/or Travel record has no specific rate selected. If you encounter this error creating a new workorder using a template, do the following: - Open the template you had previously selected when creating a new workorder
- View the Scheduled Users subsection of the template
- If there is any records here, make sure a rate is selected
- View the Labor subsection of the template
- If there is any records here, make sure a rate is selected
- View the Travel subsection of the template
- If there is any records here, make sure a rate is selected
- Save the template
- Now recreate your steps of creating a new workorder for a specific client using this template - it will now work.
Development will be addressing this issue in a maintenance update. At this time, a template requires that a specific rate be selected if have made a Scheduled Users record and/or Labor record and/or Travel record. This occurs whether using a Service Workorder template, Quote template or PM template. I would like to stress again - that if any AyaNova user encounters an issue, to ALWAYS provide specifics that we ask for so that we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
