[FORUM NOTE: This issue has been addressed in AyaNova 4.2.0.0]

An issue has been reported and confirmed about the Contract Expiry date field in the Client entry screen that it changes xx hours to the set time entered.

For example:

  1. Open a client entry screen
  2. Enter a date/time of  10/31/2008 09:00:00 AM in the Contract Expires field
  3. Click Save menu - note how the Contract Expiry still says 10/31/2008 09:00:00 AM
  4. Now click Save & Exit
  5. View the Clients grid so you can see the Contract Expires column and you will see that the date/time has changed, for example, in my test it changed to 10/31/2008 02:00:00 AM
  6. Open that client's entry screen, and you will see that the Contract Expiry has changed to a new time.

Development has been made aware of this issue, and will resolve this in the next maintenance update
