Just wanted to post here that AyaNova 5 now does have the ability to "un" Close a workorder when logged in as the AyaNova Administrator - uncheck the checkmark for Closed so that the workorder can be edited if needed.

Hello!

We have updated to Ayanova 5, and still don't have the abillity to "un-close".  Could you tell me if this will be available in a patch?

Best Regards.

Hi

With AyaNova 5.1, you can "un-Close" a service workorder if you are logged in as the AyaNova Administrator.

This is also identified in the What's new in AyaNova 5.x under the new Workorder features and in the details about the Closed field in the Service Workorder Header section

  1. Log in as the AyaNova Administrator
  2. Now view that workorder's entry screen
  3. Now you can un-check the Closed checkmark
