One of the many new features in AyaNova 5 is the Purchase Order Receipt Items grid where you can filter and sort to display the parts actually received into AyaNova, and where you may want to be able to print labels for received parts.

This zip file includes a MS Word document providing a tutorial on creating a label report for the PO Receipt Items grid so that you can print off labels for the actual quantity of a part received, not just per record

For example, if you use the sample report template Received Items Labels AVERY 12295 that is installed with AyaNova 5, what will happen is that only one label will be printed per record displaying in the grid, even if you actually received more than 1 part (i.e you received 3 of a certain part). Whereas if you create a report as identified in the MS Word tutorial, a label will be printed for the quantity received.
