For example, let's say you are entering away in a workorder, selecting parts that the scheduled tech is going to need for service, and you realize that a part is needed that is not yet even an entered part in your inventory.

Previous to AyaNova 5, you would have to save and exit out of the workorder, go to the Parts grid in the Inventory navigation pane and create a new part, save it, and then view your workorder again so that you could select the part in the workorder.

Now with AyaNova 5, you can add parts from within the service workorder without having to exit out of the service workorder.
