Hi
I'm new to this forum and we have been using Ayanova for the past year. We recently decided to implement WBI and we've followed the instructions as per the support file.
The problem we're having is when we goto the WBI link and enter the login details, we get the following error:
Server Error in '/AyaNovaWBI' Application.

| Hi Please check out the forum topic http://forum.ayanova.com/Topic4589-95-1.aspx?Highlight=WebResource.axd' and review it as this was an issue with the initial released WBI 5.0.0 and 64 bit computers. Is the computer you installed WBI 5 on a 64 bit computer? What version of AyaNova 5 are you using? - log into AyaNova on this same computer where you installed WBI, select menu Help - About AyaNova What version of WBI 5 was installed? Open Windows Explorer on this computer, move to the C:\Program Files\Ground Zero Tech-Works Inc\AyaNovaWBI5\bin folder and right-click on the GTZW.AyaNovaWBI.BLL.dll file and select Properties and see the version If the computer where WBI is installed is Vista or higher, also confirm that you have performed each step you performed of http://www.ayanova.com/WBI5webhelp/if_using_vista_or_higher.htm - do be specific (i.e. please do not reply that you "did all the steps" - instead specifically what of #1, what of #2, etc. Sometimes a step can be accidently overlooked, and by confirming each step and writing it in your reply, the missed step can be seen that it needs to be done) Do post back in reply to the questions above, as well if you do resolve the issue based on the info from that forum topic, what it was that you did. - Joyce

| Hi again Please always provide specifics when replying. "I've tried tha previous post on the issue....did not fix the issue" does not provide what you actually specifically did which I would need to help you troubleshoot why this is occurring. Do note that a computer that is 64 bit is not dependant on the operating system - you could have a Windows 2003 64 bit computer or you could have a Windows 2003 32 bit computer. Thank you for providing the About information for AyaNova and the version of the AyaNovaWBI.Bll.dll file. You will note that your AyaNova is version 5.0.0.0 whereas your WBI is version 5.0.2.0. You need the latest version of AyaNova installed before running WBI. A. Refer to http://forum.ayanova.com/Topic4620-96-1.aspx and update your AyaNova to the latest 5.0.2.0 - as per its steps you do update every computer. B. Once AyaNova is updated to 5.0.2.0 and confirmed updated on every networked computer, then load your WBI 5.0.2.0 Url and login. C. If your WBI now loads correctly, do post back here to let me know. D. If your WBI still encounters the exact same message, do the following: - Shut down the Default Web Site of your IIS and then uninstall WBI via Add/Remove Programs
- Now be sure to document each step you do, everything you enter, etc as you do it so that if after the following steps you still are encountering an issue, you will post in your reply each and every step you performed so that I can help.
- Confirm the version of AyaNova - is it is the latest version?
- If so then proceed through the WBI installation steps http://www.ayanova.com/WBI5webhelp/wbi_server_installation.htm and the WBI configuration steps http://www.ayanova.com/WBI5webhelp/wbi_server_configuration.htm documenting each step you perform with specifics exactly what you do (what yiou enter, what you select, what you see, and that each step completes successfully exactly as it says in the step) up to the point where you enter what WBI url on your Windows 20003 server performing step #2 of the WBI Testing http://www.ayanova.com/WBI5webhelp/wbi_server_testing.htm
- If WBI logs in fine, great - continue on with the WBI testing
- If WBI gives you the exact same error, be sure to post exact specifics on each step you performed of the WBI installation, configuration and testing up to that point - what you entered, what you selected, what you see, and that each step completed successfully

| Hi, unfortunately you are not providing specific details on exactly what you have troubleshooted and performed and checked for and the results, and I am not sure what else to suggest as not sure what you have actually done other than to install WBI on another computer and then compare why it works on one and not the other. - Joyce
