| Joyce, We have technicians that travel on certain days to different parts of the state. We call them Travel days. I need to add to our board showning the as travel. Any suggestions? Thanks, Mark ps: I did look on the forum to see if there was any other posts.

| Hi Mark, if you want to show on the Schedule screen that the tech is already booked, but it is not a workorder per se, a suggestion would be to use a Schedule Marker - select the day hours time range, create new Schedule Marker, select that tech, enter details as needed, save and than that tech will show as already scheduled for something (in this case traveling) for that day. - Joyce
