| Is there a way to map all of the customer information including phone number into QuickBooks from Ayanova? When we import new customers into QuickBooks it is taking the address, but not phone number information. Also, if it is possible, is there a way to update all past added clients information to update the phone number field into QuickBooks? Thank you,

| Hi Terry Is there a way to map all of the customer information including phone number into QuickBooks from Ayanova? , When an AyaNova client is imported into QuickBooks using QBI, the QBI 6 Online Help section http://www.ayanova.com/qbi6webhelp/importing_ayanova_clients.htm identifies what information from the AyaNova client is imported into what fields in the QuickBooks client. For example, what is in the Business: field in the AyaNova client entry screen is imported into the Phone field in the QuickBooks client. Do the following: - In AyaNova, check the AyaNova client does have the Business: field with a phone number in it.
- Save if edited.
- Run QBI 6 and import that AyaNova client into QuickBooks
- View that client in QuickBooks and confirm what was in the Business: field was imported into the Phone field
is there a way to update all past added clients information to update the phone number field into QuickBooks? Yes, with QBI 6 you can Refresh the QuickBooks record. Review the example in the QBI Help section http://www.ayanova.com/qbi6webhelp/updating_clients.htm on this. - Joyce
