| A new edited of this report is available - it was brought to our attention that the summary only identifies one Labor, one Part, etc per workorder. Total Billable for Workorders Grouped By Client - Further customization of the sample report template Summary Billable Per Service Workorder so that it groups by the client, and groups the Grand Totals displayed by that client, and forced a new page after the client's Grand Totals. This report template identifies the workorder number, its service data, and than the billable items for applicable parts, labor, travel, misc.expenses and loan items. Possible uses - filter the Service Workorder grid based on your desired need (project, service date, client, etc) to obtain a summaried total for all listed workorders for each listed client. As with all report templates, you can further customize to your specific needs.

| thanks for the work you did on this report . one thing how do i add a grand total just for that client of hours worked minus non-billable hours for a grand total of hours we need to bill for . i tried to mess around with it but could get all totals just would total the the individual tags also how do i stop the report from cutting off the info from on page to the next what happens is the end of each client prints the date ,name etc. then finishes up on the next page. is there a way to force it to start a new page when on workorder tag wont fit on the page ? Randy Hi Randy If you zip up your customized report and send it I can take a look at what you have done and point you in the direction for displaying total hours for the client. The report designer has a property Keeptogether that can be set to True or False that applies to that band but it does not keep together sub-bands. - Joyce
